About ICology

ICology is a global community built for internal communication professionals who want to connect, learn, and grow. We offer peer support, exclusive events, mentorship, and resources to help communicators thrive at every stage of their careers.

ICology is for anyone working in internal communications—whether you're a team of one, part of a larger department, new to the field, or a seasoned pro. If you care about improving the employee experience through communication, you belong here.

We host our community on Mighty Networks, where members can join groups, RSVP for events, access resources, and message one another directly.

Yes! Once you're a paying member, you'll be able to view and connect with other members directly inside the community platform.

Membership

As a member, you'll get access to our private online community, exclusive virtual events, mentorship opportunities, curated resources, and first access (plus discounts) to in-person events like Camp ICology and Flyover Festival. You'll also unlock recordings from past events and community discussions.

Membership is $19.99/month or $199/year. We also offer the "Gift of Grace" membership for communicators who are currently searching for a role, which provides three free months of access—no strings attached.

Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time. Annual memberships are non-refundable but will remain active through the end of your paid term.

The Gift of Grace is our way of supporting communicators during career transitions. It provides three free months of full membership for professionals currently between roles.

At this time, we don't offer a free trial, but the Gift of Grace membership is available for communicators currently seeking work.

Yes! We love when members spread the word. We offer fun rewards to members who refer others to the community, with prizes and recognition as you reach new tiers.

That's up to you. Some members spend 30 minutes a month attending an event or reading posts. Others dive in daily. You set your pace.

Events & Programs

Some events—like our monthly Campfire sessions—are exclusive to members. Others, including live virtual panels and workshops, are open to the broader internal comms community. Members typically get early access or discounted registration.

Yes. Members can watch replays of past virtual events, panel discussions, and community sessions anytime.

Mentees tell us what they're looking for, and we use that input to pair them with mentors based on experience, goals, and communication style. It's a personalized process designed to make meaningful connections.

Absolutely! ICology is 100% community-driven. We welcome ideas for events, guests, and discussions that matter to our members.
